According to the official rules, there are two ways to enter the Habit Burger & Grill Survey Sweepstakes. You can enter using a qualifying receipt or by mailing an entry without making a purchase.

Method 1: Enter Online Using a Receipt

  1. Visit the official survey website: www.myhabitexperience.com.
  2. Take your specially marked receipt from a participating Habit Burger & Grill location.
  3. Enter the required receipt information exactly as printed.
  4. Complete the guest satisfaction survey and provide the required contact information.
  5. Fill out the entry form completely and submit it.
  6. Your submission will count as one sweepstakes entry for the applicable entry period.

Important: Each receipt can be used only once during the sweepstakes period. Your survey answers do not affect your chances of winning.

Method 2: Enter by Mail Without a Purchase

You can enter without purchasing anything or completing the survey.

  1. Take a 3 × 5-inch card.
  2. Handwrite the following information:
    • Full name
    • Complete mailing address
    • City, state, and ZIP code
    • Daytime telephone number
    • Date of birth

Mail-in entry rules:

  • Each entry must be sent in a separate outer envelope.
  • Only handwritten entries are accepted; copies, rubber stamps, and mechanical reproductions are not allowed.
  • The entry must be postmarked by the relevant entry-period deadline and received by the corresponding mail-in deadline.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed during each survey period. Both entry methods have an equal chance of winning.

Prize Details

  • Grand prize: One year of free Charburgers, awarded as 52 voucher cards.
  • Number of winners: 13 grand-prize winners in total.
  • Approximate value per prize: $384.28.
  • Purchase required: No.

Important Eligibility Information

The official rules state that the sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old. It is void outside the United States and in other excluded jurisdictions. Therefore, residents of India are not eligible under these rules.

Entry period: September 10, 2025, through September 8, 2026. This sweepstakes has now ended, so new entries are no longer being accepted under the published rules.
